Cork & Fork Entertaining
Since the opening of Cork & Fork, Dominique and I have been helping our customers with their dinner parties and entertainment for wine and food pairings. We received many letters and flowers of gratitude from which the idea of CORK & FORK Entertaining emerged.
We are pleased to announce that we will assist you with all your party planning and hosting needs, in house or corporate. We are ready to share our life long experience in top shelf entertaining of VIPs and customers be it by putting together a cheese board or a full buffet menu.
We do stage private wine tastings and will be happy to cater for your cocktail parties or prep all the foods for your next BBQ party while you are at work: the only thing you have to do is to light the match and grill; all the tedious work of peeling and chopping will be taken care of.

This tastes like crushed grapes and red fruits. It's big and rich, full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, long finish. Juicy wine. A cross between the 1995 and 1996. In fact, it could be better than 2000. Wonderful. Score range: 95-100 |
